Linda Johnson
Paralegal
Linda Johnson is a detail-oriented administrative and education professional with over 20 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations, educational institutions, and child-focused agencies. Her background spans executive administration, foster care compliance, early childhood education leadership, and public service.
Linda serves as a Virtual Contractor Licensing Specialist for a non-profit child placement agency in Colorado, where she manages foster home licences, pre-audits, critical incident reports, and performs Sex Offender Searches and FBI background checks. She also coordinates the agency's Galas and Fundraising events
Linda also worked in public education as an Expectations Coach and Literacy Lab Interventionist, providing behavior coaching, de-escalation strategies, and targeted academic support while collaborating closely with families, counselors, and school leadership teams.
Her earlier career includes customer service representative for multiple credit unions and federal service with the Social Security Administration, where she handled benefits processing, interviews, and complex case adjustments, as well as high-volume customer service.
Linda is the former Owner and Operator of a licensed early learning center, where she directed daily operations, developed curriculum, managed staff, and ensured regulatory compliance. Under her leadership, the center achieved Level Four Credentialing and National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) Accreditation.
She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology/Networking from Purdue University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Linda is highly proficient in Microsoft Office, database management systems, compliance documentation, and organizational coordination, and is known for her professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to supporting children, families, and community-focused organizations.
In her spare time Linda enjoys spending time with her husband and two granddaughters, along with social events, exploring new cuisines, cultural events, and discovering new places!
Dr. Regina McFarlan

Dr. Regina McFarlan brings more than two decades of leadership in education and a lifetime of service to her role with Kingdom Outreach. She holds five degrees from the University of South Carolina: a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (1991), a Master of Arts in Teaching (1997), a Master of Education in Education Administration (2002), an Education Specialist degree in Education Administration (2008), and a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction (2012). That foundation has carried her through a career spent where classrooms and communities meet: as a teacher, literacy coordinator, and district-level director across Fairfield County Schools, and as Principal of the SC Youth ChalleNGe Academy, where she led the education program for teenagers referred by family court and given a second chance at finishing their education.
Along the way, she helped secure well over a million dollars in federal and state grants to expand literacy and family support programs for the students who needed them most. She continued that work as a Reading Interventionist and ELA teacher at W.A. Perry Middle School and Rice Creek Elementary- 5th grade teacher in Columbia, after which she deservedly retired in the field of education; though, she maintains a continued dedicated to serve children whenever and wherever needed.
Dr. McFarlan's heart for service reaches beyond the classroom. She spent 32 years in the South Carolina Army National Guard, retiring in 2017 after roles spanning human resources, logistics, and international deployment in support of peacekeeping efforts in Kosovo — experience that shaped a deep, practiced commitment to leadership under pressure and care for the people she serves.

That same commitment carried her into ministry, where she has served for years as a Sunday School teacher and Young Adult Ministries leader, and most recently completed advanced training through the School of Supernatural Children's Ministry.
Whether in a classroom, a command post, or a children's ministry, Dr. McFarlan's calling has stayed the same: showing up for the people who need an advocate most. Above all, Dr. McFarlan is the proud mother of one son—Attorney Samuel Small!

Teresa Wray
Legal Assistant
If you've called Small Law Firm, there's a good chance Teresa Wray's voice is the one you heard first. As the firm's legal assistant, she's often the very first point of contact for clients — and after 32 years as a preschool teacher before that, listening closely and making people feel secure is second nature to her. She'll tell you herself: communication is everything, and how you show up for someone — with patience, attention, and genuine interest in their situation — makes all the difference.
Before joining the firm, Teresa spent three decades in early childhood education — including time at Maryland Child Development Center and Spartanburg Regional Child Development Center — earning her degree in early childhood education from Spartanburg Community College and going on to become nationally certified through NAEYC (the National Association for the Education of Young Children). Her very last two students, fittingly, were her own grandchildren, whom she taught for four years before fully retiring.
Her care for her community reaches well beyond the classroom. She served six years on the board of the Northside Development Group, part of a neighborhood selected as one of only eight in the country to receive a federal grant for neighborhood revitalization — work that improved local housing and education and built an early childhood center the board ran for seven years before handing it off to the school district. She's also active at First Worship Church in Spartanburg, and stays busy tending her yard and staying involved in her neighborhood.
Teresa is the widow of Donald L. Wray and the mother of four adult children — including her daughter, attorney Brandi Small—and fourteen grandchildren. She's also a passionate advocate for Type 1 diabetes research, hoping to see a future where kids living with it don't have to depend on needles. More than anything, she says she wants to be remembered for the love she shows people — for showing up, listening, and helping wherever she can.
