Why Small Law Firm?

Brandi and Samuel Small are more than legal partners — they're married, they're parents of four, and their eldest son was diagnosed with Autism in 2014. That experience, navigating educational, behavioral, and healthcare systems on behalf of their own child, shapes how they show up for every family and every child they represent.

Both attorneys serve as Guardians ad Litem across multiple South Carolina circuits, and Samuel serves as a contract attorney for Richland County CASA, representing volunteer Guardians ad Litem in abuse and neglect cases. Before law, both spent years as public school teachers — a background that still informs how they communicate, advocate, and lead.
